Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using Tango Tickets. By using Tango, you agree to use the marketplace honestly and comply with applicable laws, venue rules, ticket issuer rules, and payment requirements.
Marketplace Role
Tango provides tools for buyers and sellers to make offers, accept payments, track transfers, and resolve issues. Sellers are responsible for accurately describing tickets and transferring valid tickets after payment is confirmed.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate account and payment information, review offer details before paying, and confirm receipt only after accepting the ticket transfer and verifying that the tickets are correct.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must list only tickets they own or are authorized to transfer, keep listing details accurate, complete payout onboarding if selling, and transfer tickets promptly after payment is confirmed.
Fees
Tango may charge buyer and seller fees. Fees are shown during the transaction flow before payment or acceptance where applicable.
Refunds and Issues
Buyers may report issues such as non-transfer, wrong tickets, or other seller problems. Tango may review transactions and, where appropriate, cancel, refund, or resolve the order.
