Refund Policy
Tango reviews refund requests when a paid order has a transfer or ticket issue.
Eligible Issues
Examples include tickets not received, wrong tickets, tickets that cannot be accepted through the ticket issuer, or seller transfer problems.
How To Report
Use the in-app report flow when available, or email support@tango-tickets.com with your account email, order details, and a description of the issue.
Review Process
Tango may review transaction details, payment records, transfer status, support messages, and other available information. If an issue is confirmed, Tango may refund, cancel, or otherwise resolve the order.
Completed Orders
Only confirm receipt after the ticket transfer is accepted and the tickets look correct. Confirmed completed orders may be harder to reverse.
